IT Service Oversight Group
The IT Service Oversight Group meets three times a year (in February, May and October).
Its terms of reference are to assist ITS in achieving excellence in service delivery and valued outcomes for the ÐÔ°®ÊÓƵ community through oversight of performance metrics, provision of feedback, and input into service improvement initiatives.
