We will be changing the underlying storage for ÐÔ°®ÊÓƵ Direct to a new platform that’s ready for further improvements expected in the future.

Yes, ÐÔ°®ÊÓƵ Direct won’t be available during this work. We expect to restore the service quickly, but it should be considered at-risk until 9am:
Why are we doing this work?
New technologies are arriving in the new year to support the modernisation of IT at ÐÔ°®ÊÓƵ. However, we are also working to ensure that our older platforms remain robust, resilient and ready for future improvement.
