Panopto issues in some locations

Panopto, our new video capture system, is working well in most locations across the University, but we are getting reports of issues in some rooms. We’re currently looking for a pattern in these issues and Panopto are helping us in our investigations.
We’re sorry if you’ve been affected by a slow launch or an error message today, but we’re glad to say that most recordings have gone smoothly.
If you’re using Panopto to record a lecture and you encounter an issue, please report it using the red Help button on the . Please ensure we know the location and the time of the issue.
