Please don’t use Microsoft Edge to print

Please avoid using Microsoft Edge for printing. Your print job may be lost, but you won’t see an error message telling you that it failed. You will then need to contact the IT Service Desk to ask for a refund of your print credit.

Microsoft Edge is pinned to the taskbar on all student desktops, and it is your default browser. Unfortunately, this isn’t something we can change.

Please use Chrome, Firefox or Internet Explorer instead of Edge. You can find more information about this issue on the .
