From Words to Interaction (Q1092)

30 credits, Level 4

Spring teaching

Have you ever wondered why there are so many different ways to ask for a favour or turn down an invitation? In this module, you’ll build on your knowledge from ‘From Sounds to Words’ to dive deeper into grammatical structure and conversational interaction, exploring how they work together.

As well as introducing you to the structure of grammar and conversation, there's also a focus on practical data analysis. You’ll develop university-level skills in data analysis and presentation, preparing you for original research.
